Returns You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at support@whebbowear.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sale items
- Discounted items
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
