Our Return Policy

We want you to love everything you order from Whebbo Wear. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Final sale items are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or colour, please return your original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we'll make it right at no extra cost to you.
